Hi
Does anyone have any information about st Ivan, we have bought 2 one bed appts.
On the MRI website it is showing a completion date of July 2006, our contract says Dec 2007, but I have been told by someone else buying that the building work has not started. Tried 3 times to contact MRI who said they would get back to me but nothing heard yet, I am getting a bit worried.
Also can anyone advise me if they think it is worth getting the lifetime aftersales.
Thanks
Sue |

Hi Suzy, don't know anything about the St Ivan, but I have just signed up for the lifetime aftersales, as my apartment (Pirin Residence) is due to be completed in December. The main reason I signed up to it was to save money on the furniture install, they charge €850 for installation & €250 for clean - with a €265 membership, both of them are free (plus of course other benefits).
