Right so it looks as if they kind of have us by the balls here! Fair enough thanks for your opinions, I'll definately take your advice on board.

Spangle, have you rented out anything in bansko yet? I get the impression that bansko is still a bit of a building site so i wondered if people would realistically go on their holiday there in 08/09?

It still feels like a gamble for me...

...roll those die!

Very Happy

Block A Ground floor plans:

Block B Ground floor plans:

I have compressed this to small gif format but I have very detailed plans of both blocks and each floor in PDF format. PM with your e-mail address if you'd like a copy (3.5MB zipped up).

Is Aspen Heighs going to be directly behind Aspen Golf and Suites? and where is the MRI hotel going to be? next door.............. Is Aspen Valley a few blocks further down the road?...............Has anybody got a plan to show where all the MRI developments are in relationship to each other.

Not a clue, i was shown the field and 'sold the dream' Confused lol

It wasn't impluse though, i came back and decided a few months later, 'sod it' Very Happy

Whats this MRI hotel then, i'd never heard of it, any links? Is that another nail in the coffin of our rentals? or should we take it as a good sign there is rental potential if they are willing to build a hotel there?

When we were sold Aspen Suites we were told that MRI's first hotel would be behind us and Aspen Golf, but I think that Aspen Heights is there now. 'Silver mountain' is going to have a 4* hotel plus apartments so maybe they adjusted their plans!!!
