| Still no act 15 despite being told ages ago by the developer that they had act 16 to the end of march by then the hotel and every thing will be finished.Looking at the recent at recent photos its got a long way to go. |

Got an email from Legal Independance last week stating Art 15 has been issued, this apparently means the building is completed. I was in Bansko from 30/6 untill 9/7 and paid a visit to Pirin Suites, sorry forgot my camera. There is part of the building which is not completed, the roof is not tiled and the walls are in the red brick, not plastered. This can be seen in the pictures on MRI's web site.
