Hi John / Chris,

I bought a studio on top floor of block A. Next payment due in December, but I get the feeling this wont be happening - Have you had any correspondence lately ?

Also, do you guys have any idea of what the furniture packs are likely to cost ?

The next installment due in dec sounds about right, but I haven't heard anything from MRI about it.

the next installment for my apt in aspen suites was set to be due last month but still have not heard anything solid on that.

Hi Steve/Chris

Were on second floor Block A

Have just had a message left on my mobile in response to an E mail I sent them to say that Aspen Heights is now completely sold out and that they are still expecting there planning permission (and 20% payment) probably November December.

I was kind of hoping for a a bit of a delay especially as some of there previous projects seem to be a little behind, but perhaps thatt wont happen. I guess it could still be beans on toast for Christmas!! Shocked

Hi Guys,
Myself and my partner bought a studio apartment each in the main block (A i think? it was a while ago now!)
Not heard much about it since, has anyone else? I've heard alot of bad reports about MRI and it is obvious to us that everything they said had to be taken with a pinch(or shovel!) of salt, however we decide that sometimes it is better the devil you know so we took the plunge.

The only slight concerns we have is how long the shuttle bus will take from from the hotel to the gondela in ski season and the amount of access to the golf course our guests would have.

Personally i don't believe the 30% per year house price rise however i believe in time if bulgaria's infrastucture improves, budget airlines gain access and the resort grows then apartments could make a tidy profit.

Have any of you guys had any experiance of this? any insider knowledge?

Mike

I think a 10% increase would be hopeful to be honest. When the apts were not that expensive to start with that means we wont make that much money on them really....

The only joy is that if Bansko/Razlog takes off we'll all gave a place on the slope Smile

Yes thats how i'm looking at it really. If the area takes off we'll have the use of some great facilities.

We booked our two studios last spring and after i got home , browsing the Talk Bansko forum and checking the overseas property magazines thought we had paid a bit over the odds!

Now prices seem to be a bit more in line generally, but if we get a really good quality build and finish, then in the next couple of years or so I think it will be Ok. Its really up to MRI to make sure its good.
Ime hoping that as this development is their first that they will make sure they come out of this with a quality product as it will help them sell any future developments of there own elsewhere in the world... so fingers crossed!! Confused
