Bulgarian co Balkanstroy to build ski, golf center in Razlog

Balkanstroy, the local construction company, will build a ski and golf complex near Razlog, South-western Bulgaria, said the InvestBulgaria Agency which is due to issue a First Class Investor certificate to the project.

The 240 mln lev complex, located in the Kulinoto area, should be ready in 3 years.

Balkanstroy will built 20 km of ski lifts and 60 km of runs with a daily capacity of 6,500 skiers. The complex will have a total of 3,000 beds.

The golf component of the year-round complex will feature a golf course, clubhouse, hotel and retail facilities.

After packing with property nearby ski resort Bansko, developers have now set their sights on Razlog and Dobrinishte.

InvestBulgaria Agency recently handed a First Class Investor certificate to local company Dobrinishte Ski for the skiing zone it is developing between the city of Dobrinishte and the Bezbog peak in the Pirin mountain, South-western Bulgaria, at a cost of 260 mln levs.

The 300,000 sq m Dobrinishte skiing zone will have 40 km of runs and 10,000 beds in accommodations facilities ranging from 3 to 5 stars.(Dnevnik)

Can anyone point me to a good online map of the Bansko area.
I've no idea where the Kulinoto area is or now near to Razlog/Banko that may be.

This is the only map I have of Bansko - it doesn't show the Kulinoto area unfortunately, but it may be useful for someone.

We were in Bansko/Razlog at the weekend looking at White Fir Valley. The developers took us up to Kulino(to), its a lovely spot, currently in the middle of a forest and is roughly equidistant from Bansko in the opposite direction. ie the golf course developments are smack in the middle of both ski areas. There may be a link road from the golf course, essentially a mirror of the one that hopefully will be relaid into bansko (white fir is right on the corner of the old militiary road to bansko and the main road up to the developments). Its definately no more than 5 minutes away but there are literally about 10 houses dotted around hence not on many maps. It may well be quiter than bansko as i doubt if the millions living next to the gondola will bothered to bus out to kulino. For us it will much easier as we will be using shuttle buses anyway. Another golf course should help take any strain off the current one.
